Trevor's 2012 Games Log

Hey All,

My first Crossfit WOD today-
"Cindy" for 13 rounds in 20 minutes

Must learn kipping pullups soon, would be much easier...then HSPUs

I guess, I'm not sure it what Fran is. Just saw somebody do it on Youtube. Not much on naming my workouts. But I guess I had better from here on out so I'm not left out of the discussion.

Met Con with 60lb sandbag for 40 yards each way

Hey everyone, we had our little boy Tate Wayne Probandt and he is awesome. Didn't get much chance to do anything structured. I did stay active and lifted some....but baby boy has been kicking our butts. We will also be moving back home to San Angelo, TX at the end of the month so if you know of any XFitters out there let me know.

Did get two other guys training "with me" via long distance e-mails and trash talking txts.

Back Squat 3x5 @ 275, super easy

Dumbell Swings @ 50lbs
Burpees

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Time-14:26 harder than I thought.

1/30/10
Bench 3x5 @ 225, easy again, checking ego at the door

Pushups x 20
Air Squats x 20
Jump Jacks x 20
Wanted to keep it low impact- did 5 rounds @ 4:15
