Last night I pushed my intensity pretty hard on the WOD and then did some stair climbing w/ a 20lb pack on for 30 min. This morning I felt like the workout just ended.

Anyone ever have a day after WOD pukie feeling (headache, nausea, thirst) ?

Could have been slight food poisoning too but just figured I'd throw this out there.
