30 Clean & Jerk for time with 105 lbs

Time = 7:56

This was tough. I think I need some technique work. The clean was tougher than the jerk. It's a start

Rest...... I need it becasue my abs a re killing me...... I can barely move!

Rest..... I really overdid it on my abs the other day..... couldn't sleep as a result and needed pain meds...... lesson learned!!!!

At Northshore Crossfit in Topsfield

With a parterner..... 4 minutes on 1 minute off.... alternating
5 pull-ups, 10 pushups, 15 squats, and 5 burpees

my score = 7 + 5 + 7 + 5 = 35 +50 +105 +20 = 210 reps total

then 3 laps around the building... relay with partner....

Sunday November 2, 2008 - Saturday November 8, 2008

Sunday: partner workout with my son..... 15 squats, 5 cleans, 8 pushups, 5 burpees
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: 3 rounds for time: 800M run, 33 situps, 33 back extension time = about 18 minutes
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Rest
Saturday: at NSCF 3 rounds 1 min squats, pushups, broadjumps, situps with 3 minutes between rounds score = 269 reps

5 rounds for time: 400M run, 15 DB Thrusters with 30 lbs each, 10 situps w/o the abmat

Time = 23:19

Followed by Tabata paralette dips / pushups

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Cindy score = 11 rounds

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 5 rounds of 400M run & 15 snatches with 55lbs..... time = 20-25 minutes
Can probably go to 65 lbs with sntches next time, but need some technique work

Followed by Tabata Ball Slams with 12kg

Also worked on double unders with Dave..... great coaching.... need to work on it this week.....
