Tabata Something Else
pull-ups 7 5 4 4 3 3 3 3 = 32
push-ups 6 6 6 6 6 5 5 5 = 45
sit-ups 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 = 48
squats 8 8 8 8 8 9 9 9 = 67

Score = 192


This one was tougher than I thought. I thought I could do 50+ pull-ups but I got gassed fast. 10 seconds rest isn't much. Push-ups and sit-ups were tough as well. Could probably do 70 - 80 squats next time.

Score = 1,683 lbs

Also did a 20 minute kettlebell and plyo circuit after the WOD just to burn some calories and break a sweat!
