I "tweaked" my right knee several weeks ago ski touring. Came off a small puff (cliff) in flat light, and landed flat, hyperextending my right knee while my upper body kept going. Binding didn't pop, and the knee felt "unhappy", but without any obvious signs of major trauma, no pops, or sharp pains.
It's been 3 weeks now, and I have been training more or less as normal, with attention to stability in that knee.
Worked squats last night, and hit a new PR (205 for 2x5 full depth). Althought in doesn't feel "weak", it does feel "unhappy" and it is sore today. Again, no sharp pains, pops, or grindings.
