Talking I'm the newest person to Crossfit! Hooray!!!

Hey everybody! Here is my blog on Crossfit so far:

http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...ogID=462805978YOU MUST ENSURE YOU ANNOTATE ALL LINKS WHETHER WORK AND FAMILY SAFE.

I'm attending the TFL Crossfit in Morgan Hill, CA. I just finished my 2nd session. Loving it!

I first did cutting and lost 40 pounds, did bulking and gained 25 pounds, now I'm doing Crossfit!

If anybody wants to welcome me or add me on myspace please do so ( http://www.myspace.com/brorandomYOU MUST ENSURE YOU ANNOTATE ALL LINKS WHETHER WORK AND FAMILY SAFE. ). Thank you!

Welcome!

You'll be amazed by how much faster you can do the workout you did today in a few months.

What did you do to cut/bulk and how did you find crossfit?

I have no idea what is labeled as work and family safe but I went to Arnel's sites
iwantsixpackabs
and finished that in 4 months
then I did a 16 week muscle building program at
mensworkoutguide
then I didn't know what to do after that so I emailed a guy that Arnel talks about with an underground strength gym named Zach Even-Esh and he referred me to crossfit and thats how I got here.

After all that work I think I got a good idea on dieting so now I think I will do better this time around cutting with crossfit then I did before. I love it how Crossfit pushes me harder then what I used to do. Its awesome! I want to visit pukey the clown.

P.S. oh and I haven't stepped on a scale in about 2-3 weeks and I went down from 185 to 178! I guess I'm on the 2 pounds a week losing streak again like where I was last time I cutted.

Work/Family Safe means you must label whether the links you provide are safe for around families, or to be viewed at work. Some of us, ah, well, read this stuff at work. Don't wanna get canned for going to a bad site, ya know?
