They're not as popular in the states as rogue and muscle driver but I like York bars, specifically the Bergener/Rip power bar. the things are tough as nails, spin decently, and have awesome knurling. Their bumpers are OK, not as good as before, esp the 10's which like to explode, but since you should be able to buy wholesale you can get good prices - their KB's are in pounds but are rock solid and super cheap (like $1/lbs cheap) too.
