Scaling Q

Is there a comprehensive listing somewhere of the times and loads that the elite athletes complete their benchmark workouts in? I want to make sure our scaling is close so that everyone finishes within a reasonable amount of time. If an elite CrossFitter finishes in 4 minutes, and one of my clients is struggling to finish 15 minutes later, we have changed the stimulus of that workout to another domain.

Just look at the workouts most days and they'll have a handful of top-level CFers and their times/loads on the workouts. Or look at Beyond the Whiteboard or any of the other tracking websites and see what the top people are doing.

Check out Logs-it-all(wfs). Their "rankings" feature allows you to look at Rx and non-Rx rankings (among other criteria that you can sort by, such as age and gender) of all of the workouts logged by all of their members and gives you an average score at the top.
