Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Howdy,

Id like to get started on Crossfit, but my Acrobat program is totally screwed. Is there any other way for me to view the articles?? Thanks,

Andrew,

Have you tried reinstalling the program? I think they still offer a free version of Acrobat from www.adobe.com.

Yes, my only problem now will be to run Adobe without my PC crashing.

Damn computers.
