So guys, which one is better? As a poor college student (start playing violin music), five bucks does mean a lot to me... it's either Chipotle or the journal. I'm wondering if there's really any significant difference between the two programs. Thanks for any help.

I try to have my cheat meals of the week right after I work out hard. Chipotle is one of my favorite cheat meals.

Don't think you'll get a straight answer, "which one is better"
I have done both, doing the ME right now. Dan John's OLAD routine has you doing the lifts more often. It all depends what you want.

My best advice would be this. Do both. Try the OLAD routine for 3 mos., then switch it around to the ME routine. See what works. If you like the OLAD routine after 3 mos, switch movements. There are literally no end to the cominations.

For me, personally, the key is this:
"Always strive to put more weight on the bar"
