had my kids do this one:
row 500 mtrs
do 1 pwr cln + 1 thruster, 1 pwr cln+2 thrusters, 1 pwr cln + 3 thrusters...up to 5 thrusters, on rep 6 repeat the cycle...1+1, 1+2, up to 5 again.
25 ball slams

3 rounds for time----kids times were not worth repeating as they were totally gassed!!! cleans were scalled but i would suggest 95 lbs.

Awesome! That would be very, very tough at 95 lbs. (Now I gotta go try it . . .)

Your students are profoundly fortunate to have genuine physical education (not even remotely like the farce that we had growing up).

Of course, I doubt that they felt this way at the time . . .

Nice workout.

I teach elementary school PE and have a fitness unit that is base on crossfit.
