armbar injury? no swelling - no pain unless extend
I searched the forums before posting this and I apologize if I missed a post where it is discussed.
I think I hyperextended my elbow in a grappling session but am not sure. There is a ring of pain around my lower elbow/uppermost part of my forearm when I try to extend my arm. There is no noticeable swelling and I don't feel anything unless I try to extend my arm.
I got caught in quite a few armbars but never felt like I was waiting too long to tap and I did not feel anything during the actual training, only when the sparring session ended.
Thanks for any advice.
