I don't think there's anyone in the world who can do 100 dead hang pullups with a bodyweight of more than 150 lbs (not as strict as displayed in the fitness competition standard video above).

Sure, if you also find it funny that I'm about to go do standing hip/leg extensions....oops, I mean squats.

I would equate kipping pullups with air squats, if you bounce at the bottom and swing your arms.

anyone else thought it was odd when he said "Should I work out other muscles as well (feet, chest, triceps etc?)"
