Got first 10 muscle ups unbroken which is a pb.

Move onto 80k with the emom with only 1 miss. Must remember to keep the bar touching shins at beginning as it helped.

Big rowing PB, not sure where it came from.

HAHA I don't feel like I'm hitting many PRs, that rowing one was a shock to me, I went off too fast and somehow managed to keep it.

Only because it's the second time I have done that in 3 days, tested it for class so you should always PR on second attempt.

10 minute EMOM:

A: 10 Kipping C2B
B: 5 Strict C2B

Next a tester for this weekends throwdown workout with CF Essex. I'm not competing, just coaching my box.

Power Output in 6 mins of Kg x reps:

12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Should to overhead - 50k, 6 rounds plus 8 = 8,500

2 rounds untimed:

15 Tommies
15 Sit ups
