50 Box Jumps 24" box
50 Jumping Pull-ups
50 Kettle ball swings, 1 pood (Did: 35#)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees to elbows (HARD!)
50 Push Press, 45#
50 Back Extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20# ball (12 was all I had)
50 Burpees (tuff)
50 Double unders (Did 85 singles)

Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5

did 135 X 10, 225 X 6 warm up

then 225 X 5- 225 X 6- 225 X 7- 225 X 6- 225 X 7- 225 X 5

was first time I've squated in years due to back problems. Felt pretty good though.

Sumo Dead Lift High pull 75# -did 16, 14, 15
Box Jump -did 25, 25, 35
Push Press 75# -did 19, 13, 19
Row for calories -did 17, 16, 16

Points: 322 in 21 min
