Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 did 135 X 10, 225 X 6 warm up then 225 X 5- 225 X 6- 225 X 7- 225 X 6- 225 X 7- 225 X 5 was first time I've squated in years due to back problems. Felt pretty good though. |
