I'm out in Kennewick, WA for a SWAT school and this morning at 0500 I took 3 of the boys out for a date with Helen. We ran a mile and a half to warm up, in the rain, and put two 52s and two 44s under the entrance cover. For the run we ran across the street to the Home Depot and used that cage thing for the carts for pullups then ran back to the hotel for the swings. The run was a bit long, enough so that my usual sub 9 minute Helen was 14:17. The others did 16:15, 16:40 and 17:15.
So, when you travel, stay near a Home Depot. |
