(Strength) (1) Progression to 1 RM Deadlift: 205x5 225x3 245x1 265x1 275x1 295x1 305x1 This was a great day! Dragged my wife downstairs to witness breaking 300 (she wasn't as impressed as I was!) (2) Ring pullups: 2 sets 5 reps @BW -rest- 2 sets of 3 reps @ BW+10 Progressed from doing assisted pullups last year to finally doing some added weight pullups. What a day! (Circuit) 5x Knees-to-Elbows 10x Situps (feet anchored, arms to sides) 15x OHS @ 45# 10 Rounds Time= 17:54 Spent the afternoon painting, think that some of the fumes took a couple of rounds to wear off} |

(Circuit) (1) 10x Deadlift @ 135# 15x Ring Pullup 20x Box Jump (24") 3 Rounds Time= 11:25 (2) 15x Chandeliers 15x 15# Medicine Ball Situps 10x Ab Wheel Rollouts 10x Bench Leg Levers Ring pullups were 95% jumping, still haven't gotten the endurance for high rep pullups (working on it though) |

5x Towel Pullup 10x Parallette Pushup (feet on 1.5' box) 15x Parallette Jumps 5 Rounds Time= 10:56 --Rest 1-2 min-- 10x Deadlift @185# 5x Ring Dip 5 Rounds Time= 14:34 Really wanted to tax my grip and work on my power endurance. Been a while since I did dips, and it showed. Towel pullups became a morphed jumping towel pullup due to grip issues. |

Row 800m 4 Rounds, rest 2 min between each round 1. 2:28 2. 2:12 3. 2:28 4. 2:39 Don't know what the heck happened that last round. I really cannot wait to get a C2, I am really tired of doing sdhp as a replacement. |
