Business Plan Assumptions

This is geared more towards the affiliates, but feel free to reply - I am making assumptions for my business plan (sales growth, costs, etc.) and I want to be as acurate as possible. Like any plan, garbage in = garbage out, so i don't want to just make up numbers. I was wondering what your percentages were in these catagories:
1. What has monthly and annual sales growth been?
2. What has monthly and annual costs been? Variable and Fixed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
