hello well here is the thing i got no sleep last night yet i have a one2one at mma today am on the zone anyone know of a energy meal before hand and how long before

Strong coffee (say, a double espresso).

Chocolate covered espresso beans? I used to take them along with Stroopwaffles http://www.typicaldutchstuff.com/stroopwaffels.shtml (w/f safe) and drink lots of water on long bike rides instead of Power Bars and "energy" drinks. Seemed to do the trick!
