I've strengthened my posterior chain so much, I can no longer sprint all out without suffering
hamstring and groin problems.

I've never had to worry about it before so I
always thought flexibility wasn't a problem for me. Wrong.

Other than that, I drive by playground equipment and do a quick mental breakdown of the quality of the workout I could make up on the spot. What's more I have been "gym membership dues free" since
August 2004.

When Sam-I-Am talks, find and replace "Green Eggs and Ham" with "Handstands"...and that is exactly how CF has changed me.

Hey Megan, now I would really be impressed if while on the chair you could change a lightbulb in the ceiling fixture with your feet.
Just kidding, I admire your work, great stuff.:biggrinthumb:

I take overseas trips just so i can snap a cool handstand pick on a cliff somewhere ;)

I owned tyres for dragging before i even owned a car

At a nightclub I found myself eyeing off a cross bean wondereing if the was enough head room to do a pullup. There was!

And my living room is home to more things to lift there there is stuff to sit on.

Im glad my wife and I arent the only ones who take pics of ourselves doing handstands (although we both have to do them against the wall for now) whenever we go some place new. I think the police in Bermuda where about to kick us out and confine us to our cruise ship if we did one more...Either than that, Ive realized that all I ever need in life to workout is a bar I can reach and a bench to jump on, and most play grounds now a days arent anywhere near as good as they were when I was a kid!!!
