What did you eat last night for, Carb back loading?

Interested to see what people eat after a weights session and when it's time to backload.

Myself I had two pork chops, 4 potato's, 1 sweet potato, bowl of cereal with Muesli added and skim milk, two pieces of toast with penthouse butter, and a bowl of vanilla ice cream with a chopped up apple.
I was in a food coma.

Is that all in one meal??? There is no way I would be able to eat that in one sitting.

It is not compatible with CF. You need to be doing a strength program. There is a thread about Carb Back-Loading right here in the nutrition section.
