Well in case anybody wants to know, yes my meds caused my tendinits they call it "right posterior tibial tendinitis" as if surviving an 8m illness wasnt enough...so when I thought I was returning to CF FT I was wrong I am sneaking in a few WOD's here & there however not sure how or when I can resurrect my strength and endurance when there is so much I am not able to do right now...

Hey Florsie.Been wondering how you are.Get all the things you can do,mix them up into different workouts and turn them into challenges.A change in focus is good when theres no other option.

Hello Peter thanks for the concern, I am still here doing baby steps by force...searching for a rowing machine. I practiced my form for DL today wearing my airsplint...I already feel awkward doing dl but with the airsplint makes it feel oh so awkward. I just got the zone book looks like alot of calculating :wallbash: but onward march.....
