Jamila-

Manteca! Very Nice.

I work out at commercial gyms so I'm subject to whatever they are playing. I tend to ignore it.

Drowning Pool - Step Up
Iron Maiden - Run to the Hills
Seven Dust - Black
Machines of Loving Grace - Golgotha Tenement Blues (for the warmup)

I like to run to 311 or maybe a little Toasters.

Travis, I'm with you on Conan.

for an actual workout:

Big Black - The Power of Independent Trucking
FudgeTunnel - Grey
The Jesus Lizard - One Evening or Monkey Trick
Shellac - My Black ***
Melvins - anything from Ozma

I do an hour of low intensity dynamic stretching and skills work after the WOD. Then I like an entire album like Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring", Yoshima and Yuka's "Flower with No Color", or Steriod Maximus "Ectopia"

Hey Rob- I used to me a (Jazz mostly) music critic, so most things Afro-Cuban tend to get me ready to work...

I finally broke down and got an MP3 player because I would get nauseated listening to the JLo and Justin Timberlake loop at EVERY GYM I went to/worked in. How did I live without it?

There's a song called My Black *** I see... Well, I'll reserve judgement until I hear it. Keeping in the theme AC/DC's Back in Black does rate in my top 10, but I only mentioned 5 here.
