My body was feeling pretty tired and so i promised myself i would take 3 days off from physical activity. This is the hardest part of crossfit. When you know you must take a break to benifit your body, but your mind is going crazy. I think im going through crossfit withdrawl. Luckily its my third day off. I cant wait to get back. Just thought i would share my pain.

I went through that phase some time ago. You just want to keep working out and working out some more because it's fun. Just remember - you can train hard and train smart at the same time, but smart is more important than hard.

Hope you get over the withdrawal symptoms soon. :happy:

Hey Luke, Just wanted to see how you feel since you got your fix from your workout after being off for three days. I am the same way I need the physical activity like some kinda junkie. Take care
