Exercises Movements, technique & proper execution

I've been doing CF for about 6 months now and before that I never attepted overhead squats. I have worked on my form and keep the wieght low. Is my body weight a good goal to try to strive to acheive for 1 rep OHS?

Sure. That would be a good goal for any person to snatch. I'd just take it in moderation to get there.

BW is a tough goal for most on the OHS. Many people (myself included) have started down the path and have yet to reach the end.

Go for it.

Just remember, start light, shoulders in your ears, keep the weight over your heels, and practice, practice, practice.
