I've now done almost 2 weeks of un scaled wods. Before crossfit i had a pretty good lifting rutine. About a month ago i began developing the skills and exercises i reconized as crucial to the crossfit program. The difference crossfit has made in my ability has already had is evident. The one result i didn;t really expect to see a big change in was my 1 mile run. I've never been a good runner. Today a ran to my Gym ( I usually do) in 6 min and 31 sec. My gymn is a few steps short of a mile. Im pretty happy, i hope i can get my time below 6 min(aswell as contiuing to improve strength of course). Crossfit rocks!

Nice work Luke, keep at it brother. I've noticed the same thing my running, what little of it I do. Not much running here at all, mostly pure CrossFit but can still hang w/ most runners on short distances and am a hell of a lot stronger then them as well.
