Hi, could anyone clarify some things for me?
Thrusters--75X30---What does this mean, my guess
is 30 reps with 75 pounds, but I'm not sure.

Also: Hang Clean 5-3-3-1-1-1
I assume that this is max weight for 1 set of 5 reps, 2 sets of 3 reps, and 3 sets of One rep.
If I'm wrong about these can someone let me know?

You got it nick. Also, the hang clean is initiated with the bar starting above the knees.
