Steven's Workout Log
I've done crossfit in the past instead of standard cardio/endurance stuff. The results I got from those improved me substantially. This is my first WOD in my new crossfit only routine.

This Morning I did a 50 pullup workout, 3x10 with a 45lb plate, then 4 sets of 5 slow, concentrated reps, varied the grip every time. I then checked out the wod and said very well, this will be interesting. The Pullups murdered me. 3 sets of 10, the rest sets of 5, wit heavy kipping in the last few sets. 2 x 50 pushups, 10, 40, 50 for situps(back problems, gotta work into sets) then 4 x 25 for squats.
