Was expecting arms to be destroyed from "Angie", no soreness/pain! Every time I have done a WOD w/100 PU's, my arms wewre swollen and would not straighten out for days.

PT:
Frog Jump into Bronco
x 300m for time - 8:11
Had no choice but to do PT first, did not have the time beforehand.

Not a max effort, still nursing my L.back. Concentrated on form learned @ the cert and "active abs" (watched Kelly Starett CFJ series) on every rep.

DHPU (super strict) 1x7

Did better than I thought, snatches were closer to power than squat. Since Im afraid of OHS, I guess I thats why Im hesitant to recieve deep. Havent snatched for awhile, due to shoulder problems - felt good though.

Doing better on the cleans, getting them to full depth. I am always shooting for parallel, but my body/mind seems to only allow me to bottom out or not go down at all, weird.

2x10 Chest 2 Bar PU's

Finally got kip down, key for me was the push-away @ top. Got my first tear on my palm, used to think I was cool because I had never gotten one before. Realized it was because I was just a tourist, not a CrossFitter.
