Just started, got about 4 guys, nice little box, climbing rope, rings, BB, medicine ball, paralletes. we are learning as we go. Cell 720-7621

Just landed on the 22nd. Live/work in Zone 1. no cell or ph# yet. Am certified Level 1. Looking fwd to hooking up & training. Have been training guys in my unit & have a lot of interest as well.

I am going to be in Kuwait soon for 6 months and I'm looking for some crossfitters to train with. I started training out here with a couple buddies of mine and I'm looking to keep it up while I'm out there. So if there are any crossfitters out there and can afford to take on another body to help train let me know.

Hello,

Got in about 3 days ago to Ali Al Salim, and will be heading to Arifjan to RIP out in a couple days. I'll be there for about 3 days.

We have been doing CF on the road WODs cause the MWR gym here at first glance doesn't look like it's set up for CF. We were wishing for a box, when my workout partner said "We should check the website....ther HAS to be a box here somewhere". So here I am....LOL.

Are you guys still at Arifjan and running a gym/CF workout area, and do you happen to know where I can find a CF area here on Ali, that we can work out in for the next couple days?

Looking for some one to CF with in the city. Cant get on the the American bases. Talked to a guy at the cell # yesterday, but dosent sound like you guys are able to get out much.

The offer stands to anyone I can help. If you guys need anything from the City that I can help you get, let me know. Have access to fitness stores / suppliments / trinkets / DVD's.
