No serious concerns from my wife. I was moreso curious about opinions whether or not the idea is to obtain 15 blocks throughout the day in whatever combination or if the meal, meal, snack, meal, snack combination was critical.

Thanks!

Brendan,
I don't believe the combination of meals and snacks is critical whatsoever. The Zone helps one determine total intake and macronutrient breakdowns, that is what its main benefit and use is. This allows one to have a more "scientific" basis for future modifications to the diet.

Many people here do variations and/or combinations of the Zone with Intermittent Fasting (known as IF) or the Warrior Diet (smaller meals during the day, large one at night, this is what I do).
