Overtensing in the handstand

I know we supposed to stay rigid and tight when upside down. However,
I noticed whenever I squeeze my glutes hard, I tend to fall down. Is it possible that I"m over tensing?

Thanks

Aushion to the rescue! Thanks!

I would say about 5 sec before I start squeezing my glutes and then I fall over.
