Have a rower??

do a 2-3 min round, then during the 1min "break", row a 250m. 8-10 rounds.. if you don't complete the row during the 1min, that round doesn't count.

If no rower, sprint.

Do this quite often with Bas fight tape and it's AWFUL

Sounds heinous...I like it!

I've been using Bas' fight tapes again recently; 3 rounds after every lifting session. Trying to jack up my conditioning after several months of pure lifting. They're brutal, he's a genius.

Re: Heavy bag metcons

Does anyone use wraps with the open hand gloves? I can't see how that would work right but am having problems with cuts to my hands between my 4th and 5th knuckles.

Re: Heavy bag metcons

You can tape and wrap under open finger gloves no problem.

Re: Heavy bag metcons

Ok, WFS you say? Sounds easy enough! Yeah you can use a hand wrap to wrap in between the webbing of the fingers and over the knuckles to help prevent those cuts from the mma style gloves sliding around.

Re: Heavy bag metcons

You can youtube tons of handwrap videos too, there's close to a bajillion out there I think. Just try and get a pair of wraps thats 180cm or longer so you have plenty of material to work with. Here's an easy hand wrap video I did. Hope it helps!
