The more reason to do them.

When I worked in a lot of chest work, I was able to do the "pec dance" lol And the muscles were firmer, but alas, after nursing 4 babies, the only thing that's gonna help these chi-chi's is surgery. lol

In Japanese, the word "chichi" means "dad".

From what I've noticed/perved, general crossfit shrinks them and strength programs grow them.

Whilst trying to be tactful, may I ask what sort of programming you've been following? You bench press regularly?

Every other day workouts (by suggestion of this board)
Weight lift 20 mins
WOD

Not a lot of benches. I do a lot of mix and match on the lifts but not a lot of benching. some common lifts:
deads
squats
pushups
glute bridges
snatches on and off because I'm trying to work on my sucky form
renegade rows

Edited to add:
after making fun of my husband for five minutes last night about the tushy comment he explained that he was noticing the trimming of fat in my rear..... not sure how much better that is but at least maybe it's not disappearing :P

Less fat and more muscle is a good thing. As Veronica said, perky is much better than droopy.

agreed but when you are told that it's disappearing... you start wondering if you are doing it right
