I'm interested in this, too. I emailed another poster (that does this) a few months ago, and he suggested sticking with the O-lifts and deadlifts with some specific training thrown in as the season nears.

James, I saw on another thread that Highland athletes and strongmen throw some curls in there (the prospect of that makes me feel dirty). Any other supplemental exercises?
