Nadal Training Routine

The above workout is likely not a very complete representation of Nadal's training and might even be a rehab routine. But, it looks God awful.

However, I love it for all of the reasons alluded to in the commentary with the link: an elite athlete does not care what a 35 year old wannabe like me thinks of his routine. He trains to win, period.

Never mind that his speed, athleticism, strength, musculature, conditioning, agility, flexibility, ability to recover, metabolism, ability to withstand pain, etc. are light years beyond most folks who scorch the earth training in those areas.
