It is done, I am going to try some benching tomorrow and see what happens. I want to get a little bit of the bench in and see how I handel. As I said before, I think it is more CNS fatiuge than muscles b/c I am not that sore. I will post in this area a smolov support thread.

Monday: Squat
Tuesday: Max Effort Upper (ie, Bench/Press, assistance work)
Wed: Squat
Thursday: Rest; Foam Rolling, Recovery
Fri: Squat
Sat: Squat
Sunday: Repeat Thursday

I also ate like a horse, considering the volume, you need it. I still managed to maintain my same bodyweight despite an increase in calories (maybe 1,000-2,000 more). Volume was just so much it didnt matter! It was great haha
