Hi John,

I've been crossfit for two months now. I found that providing feedback to my trainer helpful as it gave him a framework to scale the WODs and which skills to work on.

On a motivational front, keep at it. I've cut my body fat% by 5% and put on 7kgs of muscle in the 2 months. If you keep at it and soldier through the soreness, you'll start to see results.

The pain is worth it!!!
