The doc just finished giving me my 30 thousand mile check up (turned 30 a few weeks ago), and all is well. In fact, since my last exam (25yr)all of the typical numbers and ratios have improved dramatically. Cholesterol, body fat, resting heart rate, etc. etc.

THANK YOU CROSSFIT!

Brad

Now I haven't really been training crossfit style for long and I do not do many of the WODs but I also turned 30 a few weeks ago and am doing better than when I was 22 ( last time I saw my doc:blush:)
I attribute that to hard, fast runs, eating in the Zone, and deadlifts with a lot of chins.

Sean, I was trying to visualize deadlifts with a lot of chins. Then I remembered those times when I was done deadlifting and was so wasted that my chin felt like it was on the bar. :-)

I had my 55th birthday in August along with the annual physical. My blood work numbers were as good as they were when I was 30 and still playing ball. Unlike Brad I looked like the Michelin man back then and still do today so I still have work to do in the BF area.

Keep up the good work gentlemen.
