Work/family safe video showing variations of burpees, etc.

I think some of the examples show lazy form, but overall there are some fun ideas. Thought you guys and gals might enjoy!

Those are pretty cool. I like the Parkour Burpees near the end of the video the best. I will have to go try some of these out at the park today.

Thanks for reposting that link Anthony, I've been looking for it for awhile now. Here's another burpee video from these guys. Interesting use of stretch bends. Not too sure about some of them though.

Im liking the one jumping over the bench, you just know it will fit in well for MMA workouts!!!
