As I'm watching I'm wondering to myself, "Did coach see the one-arm burpees?"

Good for conditioning and possibly metcon. For strength not so much, even though they say it's for strength conditioning whatever that means. :-)

Fun though - just got done doing feet to bench burpees. Way fun in a sick and twisted way!

I took the burpee to a bench idea and created Collee's a Jerk...just the exercise name Coach, no insults to your little girl or to anyone named Colleen.

Do your burpee to the dumbbells (30 or 35 should work) and kick your feet back up on to a box. Do your pushup then kick your feet back under and stand with a squat clean then stand again for the 3 jerks making the first one a thruster. This can be made into Colleen's a Pullover by doing this under a bar with an open top and after the three jerks put the bells back down with a squat movement and then jump up to the bar for a pullover.
