Well, a search of the archives only seemed to turn up painstorm results...which was where I started.

So here it is. How does one perform a "Beck's Burpee"?

Beck's Burpee is a normal burpee except for the fact you do a broad jump instead of the normal vertical jump. Done for distance as it encourages a more meaningful jump unless you want to do loads of burpees.
