I have been doing these burpee's since January. This could be a nice modified version of a burpee for CrossFot workouts.

These are lots of fun.

Breaking up the push-up and the chin-up makes it possible to do a huge number of reps of both cals without stopping, too.

They're even more fun if you do them to a pegboard or something else where you have a chance of missing as you get tired... :biggrin:

I did a homemode WOD a while back like this:

-Run 400 m
-20 burpee chinups

I was planning on 4 rounds, but my body told me 3 was enough. Took me 20 minutes flat.

While it never fails to impress me watching women do pullups, their coach should at least make them fully extend into the pushup position (along with making them do the pushup).

Poor form only cheats the trainee.

I can't wait to get my pullup bar built...
