I've been doing toe-heel-too running for the past few weeks now (recently getting a hang of it) and a lot of barefoot walking, and I think I pulled a foot muscle.
On my right foot, whenever I put weight on my forefoot, I feel a pain long the top of my arch. It runs from about mid-foot to the ankle, but doesn't affect the ankle. I stumbled while on a run on Monday, and this pain appeared yesterday morning... Any advice on what to do? I know of some ankle stretches, but none for the foot itself.
For starters, I'm icing it, and wearing an ankle brace (it provides some arch support).
