Weight Gain

I have been doing Crossfit Strenght for two months. I have lost a total of 13 pounds, and I didnt need to lose weight. I am currently 26 years old. I am 6'1 164 and have a Crossfit total of 920 and Fran time of 2:55. My diet is really good I would assume it is Paleo Hybrid. Any suggestions on how I could gain some muscle and continue to gain strenght while doing Crossfit Strenght Metcons, I just cant afford to lose more weight, due to performance suffering.
My diet is posted below: Please give suggestions
Breakfast: 3 eggs, Banana, 1 tbsp of sunflower butter, 1 link of deer sausage, and 4 onces of organic milk mixed with 10 onces of coffee.
Lunch: Large salad with carrots, peppers, etc with 6 onces of meat, piece of fruit, with 1/4 cup of walnuts
Snack: 1/4 cup of nuts, piece of fruit, 3 onces of meat
Supper: 6 onces of meat, green beans, large salad, with all the works
Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp sunflower butter, blueberries

Re: Weight Gain

I don't want this to sound rude but the key to gaining more weight is to eat more calories. I'm not adding up your calories but that can't be much more than 2,000 calories a day and given what you said about losing weight its obviously not enough.

If you're counting calories up it by 500 to 1000 a day. If you're not counting them then just add an 8 oz glass of whole milk to eat meal.

Good luck

Re: Weight Gain

1 tbsp of sunflower butter at a time? Even when I wasn't trying to gain weight I was eating Sunbutter by the (at least) 1/4 cup. That's a really easy calorie source right there. Olive oil is another good one.

GOMAD or 1/2 GOMAD will do the trick too.

Re: Weight Gain

Its not that I want to bulk by any means, I just want a nice strenght to weight ratio. Would like to be around 175 with over 1k Crossfit total.

What's your total now? If you're not sure make a guess.

+1 on the "eat more" comments.

You're eating reasonably well, but not enough. The feedback so far is oriented not towards bulking, but towards (as you requested) helping to keep you from dropping so much weight.
