We can't point out mistakes as you have given us crap about what your exercise program looks like. You're not a big person and we really don't have an idea of what your actual lifts are. Saying you have a 14Kgs squat means, well squat. How many reps and sets? What is your age? Are those dead hand pullups or kipping? Is that 25 dips non-stop or breaking them up into sets.

I have a hard time believing someone can do 25 pull-ups/dips and only bench 56kgs. Unless you are doing 50 reps with that weight or something.

Want help? Answer the questions. My last reply on this thread unless you start answering questions posed to you.

Please type like an adult.

A 14kg squat? Like an empty bar? If that's not a misprint, that's not low compared to CFers, that's low compared to a lot of 60 year old non-training women I know. How long have you been training for and has it hit you that what you're doing isn't working?

Buy Starting Strength and please don't post again until you've read it.

Re: WHEN 2 Increase weights ?!?!?!

You can do 25 pullups and 25 dips but can't bench press the bar?

Do you speak any language besides english? Maybe someone can interpret cuz this just isn't working.

Oh man, I just saved this image, and I was wondering when I'd get a chance to use it. Pic related, it's my face when I saw this thread.
