Mobility WOD thumb test for hydration.

so for those that don't know, Kstarr talks about this thumb test every so often where you find the flat part on your shin, push your thumb into it for 5-10 seconds as hard as you can, and if there is a dent he says you are dehydrated. i have been trying to drink a ton of water, about 4 liters a day, so about 135oz and i still see a very noticeable dent... even after about 5 minutes i can run my hand over my shin and feel the dent. is the 4 liters of water just not enough? or am i missing something else?

That sounds like peripheral pitting oedema so you might want to have your doctor take a look to make sure you don't have some underlying medical problem.
