I'm starting off in Australia with a one-year working visa. I land in Sydney Nov 4 for a couple days, from there I'm taking off to Perth and from there I'll take it as it comes. After my visa is up, or when I feel it's time to go, I'll be heading up to Bangkok, Thailand and start tromping through Asia with my final destination Cairo, Egypt. I think blogs and Crossfit go hand in hand, as they're both DIY and open source. What I'm finding is really good about a blog is that it lets you expand your comments and thoughts about a WOD and session. I have always kept a notebook and still do for my workouts but the entries were always little scribbles and side notes, never full entries that I could get my thoughts out onto. I've only started a blog for about a week now and already I'm sold on the idea and whole heartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to keep a good tracking of their workouts and thoughts.
