UK CF certification.

So, I was wondering, now that we have CF affiliates in the UK (CF central scotland, Manchester, London) does this mean that there will be certification seminars held at the gyms over here just like you have them throughout the affiliates in the US. If anybody has any details about this please let me know.

Hopefully if we can sow the seed over here, then we can get the guys and gals from HQ over. It's in the long term plans i assure you. In the meantime, feel free to pop down and say hello whenever you're in the neighbourhood. (We can help you out on that squat clean mission of yours ;))

You are on my hit list for a visit soon. There are a few of us really keen to come and visit. At the moment things are really hectic for us as we (Training partners and I) are busy completing exams and courses for active rehabilitation for neurological injury. I'm thinking 2nd or 3rd weekend in March to come and get thrashed from you guys. Looking at your schedule I think i'll have to take a Friday off and fit a couple of sessions in with you before heading back up. I'll get back to you soon.
