Notes: RXed workout. Finished 6 out of 25 on the whiteboard. 43 reps of 275# deadlifts in 15 minutes is a lot for me. Happy with this workout.

Time: 70 minutes

Notes: Route through Inman Park, to Freedom Park Trail, to Oakdale, to The By Way, to Stillwood,
to Virginia Ave., to Ponce Place, cut across to the BeltLine, and back to Cabbagetown via the BeltLine.
8.1 miles according to Google Maps.
Rained a bit. Was running on consecutive nights of not much sleep.
Probably went at 8:45/mile pace or so.
